What exactly is the CHANGE activity?

It encourages reflection on how to face global challenges from the reality of the company or team, with a sustainability-focused mindset.
Is it a competitive activity?
No, the goal is not to compete, but to collaborate. CHANGE emphasizes adaptation, collective action, and teamwork. It helps participants view change as a driver of innovation and sustainability.
How long does the activity last?
Between 2 and 3 hours, including a final reflection session. The duration can be adjusted to the needs of the group.
What is the ideal group size?
Groups of 12 to 40 people work best. However, it also works well with smaller teams (min. 5), and for larger groups, parallel worlds can be created to run the activity simultaneously.
What is the 2030 Agenda?
The 2030 Agenda is a global action plan led by the United Nations. It sets out 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to eliminate poverty, protect the planet, and ensure well-being for all by the year 2030.
Where can the activity be held and what is needed?
It can take place indoors or outdoors, as long as there's enough open space for team movement and collaboration. No technical equipment is required — we provide everything needed. For outdoor settings, weather conditions should be considered.
What types of teams is the activity aimed at, and can it be customized?
This activity is designed for teams undergoing change, facing uncertainty, or aiming to strengthen their adaptability and collaboration. It’s particularly suitable for organizations focused on sustainability and social impact. The content can be personalized to fit each company’s goals, challenges, and language — even including a strategic closing session.
Is it a physical activity?
It's active, but not physically demanding. It is suitable for all audiences, regardless of physical condition.
Is there a reflection component?
Yes, and it’s a key part. At the end, the experience is connected to the team’s reality, values, and current challenges. It also includes a reflection in terms of sustainability and the SDGs.
How can companies contribute to the SDGs?
By adopting responsible practices aligned with the SDGs — from sustainable internal policies to impactful social initiatives. Integrating the SDGs into company culture boosts both reputation and team engagement.
